General Terms and Conditions

1. Sign Up Bonuses accepts no responsibility for any players suffering financial losses or difficulty
2. Sign Up Bonuses will only pay cashback to players who have signed up to a partner’s site via one of our links or have followed our instructions following a referral request
3. Sign Up Bonuses must be credited with introducing the referred player
4. Sign Up Bonuses must receive accompanying commission before any cashback payout will be made
5. Only when points 3 and 4 have been completed will the player be eligible for cashback
6. Sign Up Bonuses is not responsible for any issues regarding our partner’s bonus payments
7. Players must comply with terms and conditions of Sign Up Bonuses and partner sites for cashback payments
8. Whilst Sign Up Bonuses will endeavour to keep this site as accurate and up-to-date as possible, we cannot be held accountable for the accuracy of the content upon the site
9. All players must read our partner’s terms and conditions before depositing and wagering any money
10. It is the player’s responsibility to check the availability of our partner’s bonus and associated terms

Cashback

Commission Earned Cashback (CECB)

1. Cashback can be earned through activity across numerous sites
2. Cashback will only be paid to those players who have been active within the calendar month
3. An active player is defined as a player who has deposited and wagered £25 (or currency equivalent) within a single calendar month
4. An active Sportsbook/Bookmaker player must place a minimum of £25 (or currency equivalent) at odds of 2.0 or above
5. All CECB payments are calculated using a single calendar month activity
6. Only settled bets will count towards activity within a month
7. It is the responsibility of the player to complete a cashback request
8. Failure to complete a cashback request within 30 days of initial deposit will result in  forfeiture of cashback
9. CECB is accrued across all activity from all players on a site (i.e. sportsbook players, poker, casino activity all contribute to CECB)

CPA Cashback

1. CPA cashback will only be paid only once
2. The first deposit will trigger a CPA cashback
3. Ensure that you deposit and wager the required amount to trigger a CPA payment
4. Only one CPA cashback can be earned at each site regardless of player activity (e.g. if a referred player uses the casino and then bingo on a site, the first deposit into either casino or bingo will trigger a CPA payment)
5. CPA cashback will be paid as soon as Sign Up Bonuses is able to track and confirm affiiliate payment (normally less than 5 working days)

Referral Cashback

1. Referral cashback applies to first deposit only
2. Cashback will only be paid if the player has completed a referral  request and awaited confirmation from Sign Up Bonuses
3. Failure to await approval from Sign Up Bonuses will forfeit any cashback
4. Cashback will only be paid if the player adheres to the instructions received from Sign Up Bonuses

Reloads

1. At present there is no cashback paid for player reloads

Payments

1. Payments will only be made into one of the following e-wallet accounts: Moneybookers, Neteller or Paypal
2. Players cannot change their preferred e-wallet account for a particular site
3. CECB payments will be paid in full at the end of the succeeding calendar month – example, all CECB for acitivty in March will be paid at the end of April etc.
4. It is possible, though not guaranteed, that commission earned through CPA cashback will be paid within 5 working days following tracking confirmation from the playing site
5. Referral cashback will be paid once Sign Up Bonuses has earned the referral commission, and added to any CECB payments due
6. There is no minimum amount of cashback that a player must earn before a payout
7. Payments can be made to persons residing at the same address provided the players have abided by patner sites’ terms and conditions
